Mattel just made the best move ever. Buzzfeed reports that at the 2016 Makers Conference, a new Barbie was unveiled of U.S. Women's soccer star, two-time Olympic gold medalist, and FIFA Women’s World Cup champion Abby Wambach, and it's a pretty perfect likeness. Abby's doll sports her white Team USA uniform, number 20 Jersey, and signature haircut. Barbie Abby also has bendable knees for badass goal-scoring reenactments. Check out Abby with her mini-me right here.

And, as usual, Abby had some pretty inspiring thoughts to share about her doll. Here's a quote Mashable reported from Wednesday's conference that will probably make your day:
"Playing with Barbies that may or may not have looked like I felt growing up, I think that this is a really impactful statement. It just proves that we really are getting somewhere. Not everybody is treated equal. And if you're out there and maybe your doll doesn't look exactly like you feel, here's another option."
The Maker's Conference showcases groundbreaking female leaders, and Abby is definitely a spot-on choice. And seriously, we just can't get enough of Abby with her Barbie.
We want one too!
