WATCH: 'Super Best Friends Forever' Shorts 1 & 2

Super Best Friends Forever is the really cool series of cartoon shorts that air during Cartoon Network's DC Nation. The series was created by Lauren Faust (My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, The Powerpuff Girls) and features Superman's cousin, Kara Zor-El a.k.a. Supergirl, Barbara Gordon as Batgirl and Donna Troy as Wonder Girl.

The first fun episode focuses on the girls borrowing Wonder Woman's invisible plane for a joy ride. The latest installment focuses primarily on Batgirl trying to get out of her place without her dad (Commissioner Gordon) finding out, so that she and the girls can stop Poison Ivy. It's that classic story that sometimes the journey is more fun than the actual destination. And at under 2 minutes each, they're definitely worth watching.
