Watch: Things We Hope Are True - 'Revenge's' Emily and Amanda were Lesbian Lovers?

File this under “Things Revenge Shippers Hope are True!” There’s a new promo out for this Sunday’s episode of the guiltiest, most over-the-top pleasure there ever was – Revenge. And Roger Bart’s smarmy journalist Mason Treadwell believes he’s discovered the truth about Emily (Emily Van Camp) and Amanda’s (Margarita Levieva) dark past – that they were lesbian lovers.

File this under “Things Revenge Shippers Hope are True!” The Huffington Post got a hold of a new promo for this Sunday’s episode of the guiltiest, most over-the-top pleasure there ever was – Revenge. And Roger Bart’s smarmy journalist Mason Treadwell believes he’s discovered the truth about Emily (Emily Van Camp) and Amanda’s (Margarita Levieva) dark past – that they were lesbian lovers. GASP!

Mason, who’s faced off with the show’s Count of Monte Cristo herself Emily numerous times, threatens to expose Emily’s big Sapphic past, although she fires back that she’ll sue him for libel.

While Emily’s proved to be quite a man’s lady over the course of the series wooing socialite men and townie men alike, she’s always pinged a little “fluid” for me –or maybe that’s just wishful thinking.
