WATCH: Amy Schumer Uses Tig Notaro's Cancer for Her Own Personal Gain

We've been pleasantly surprised by the hilarity that routinely comes from Comedy Central's new series, Inside Amy Schumer. Tuesday's episode featured the titular comic exploiting her out writer's breast cancer diagnosis to get out of doing things she doesn't want to do. 

As soon as Schumer realizes she can exploit Tig Notaro's cancer, Schumer uses her supposed undying devotion to her sick friend to get out of work, attending a coworker's one-woman show, and to have perfectly warmed cookies delivered to her desk daily. 

Of course, Notaro eventually arrives, relatively healthy and in one piece "aside from having my tits ripped off," she notes. And before Schumer knows what hit her, the jig is up. Or perhaps, more appropriately, the Tig is up.
