Jillian Michaels Leaving 'Biggest Loser' to Become a Mommy

The Biggest Loser star and fitness guru whose shouting is enough to scare a girl into dropping the pounds, Jillian Michaels has tweeted that she will be leaving The Biggest Loser to focus on charity and being a mom.
The hit show that pits teams and individuals against each other but ultimately against themselves to lose weight, The Biggest Loser is in its 10th season and Jillian, who, incidentally, came out as bisexual in Ladies Home Journal last year, has been an integral part of the show’s success, between inspirational training prowess and her killer body.

The Biggest Loser star and fitness guru, whose shouting is enough to scare a girl into dropping the pounds, Jillian Michaels, has Tweeted that she will be leaving The Biggest Loser to focus on charity and being a mom, according to LezGetReal.

The hit show that pits teams and individuals against each other but ultimately against themselves to lose weight, The Biggest Loser is in its 10th season, and Jillian, who, incidentally, came out as bisexual in Ladies Home Journal last year, has been an integral part of the show’s success, thanks to her inspirational training prowess and her killer body.

She also starred in her own show this summer, Losing it with Jillian Michaels, in which she lived with various families for weeks at a time and completely changed their eating and workout habits. The show was replete with  equal parts drill sergeant style barking and poignant ‘finish line’ moments.

Here’s what Jillian Tweeted about leaving The Biggest Loser:

“Season 11 of Biggest Loser will be my last, have to finish out my contract.” Jillian also mentioned she is leaving to, “focus on becoming a mommy and doing more charity work.”

The show’s big draw also said she would remain on for a final season to help groom her replacement. “Using my last season to help launch her [replacement] in season 11,” Jillian Tweeted.
