A Message From Lady Gaga to the Senate - Video

After tweeting about her support for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Lady Gaga put on her business attire, made this video addressing Senate leaders and asking her "fellow Americans" to contact their legislators and ask them to vote for the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" next week.

Reid responded to Gaga by inviting her to Vegas.

"I am here to be a voice for my generation," says Gaga, and goes on to voice her opinion that DADT is "serious prejudice."

Republican Senator John McCain was singled out by Gaga on Twitter when she said he plans to "hijack" the DADT vote with a fillibuster, which is just a way to delay lawmakers' debate on the issue.

Lady Gaga walked the white carpet at the VMAs this year escorted by servicemembers affected by DADT, and once again proving just how strongly she feels about the military's ban on gay and lesbians serving.
