'SNL' Gets Fabulous: Helen Mirren and Elton John To Host

Iconic television series Saturday Night Livehas been on the air for over three decades.

Slightly more senior in their icon status, singer/songwriter Elton John and Helen Mirren are two of the biggest British stars in the world.

Both accomplished stars will make their hosting debuts on SNL soon.

First up, Elton will host April 2 and Mirren takes the reigns the following week on April 9, the day after her new flick with Russell Brand, Arthur, hits theaters.

Put us down for two Saturday night’s spent at home in April. We’ll be parked on the couch watching SNL.
