By now most everyone has heard that the fabulous Jane Lynch took home an Emmy for her acerbic and hilarious Sue Sylvester on Glee, that Archie Panjabi pulled one for her role as secretive and sexy investigator Kalinda on The Good Wife, that Modern Family was a big winner and that HBO's Temple Grandin swept the seven categories for which it was nominated! But let's get to the meat and potatoes of any awards show! The fashion!
While some of our favorites include Rutina Wesley and that amazing slit, Julianna Margulies for continually looking stunning, Sophia Vergara for being --well -- herself, Jane Lynch for looking like a lesbian Greek goddess and Julie Benz and Amber Riley for wearing white so well, there are few who didn't quite resonate. Mad Men's dynamic duo of January Jones and Christina Hendricks fell a tad short on the fashion scale, with January sporting what can only be described as a case of bed head and Christina cleverly mesmerizing the world with her cleavage and drawing attention away from her vintage style dress that makes us wish she'd just gone to Emmys in one of Joan Holloway's pencil skirts.
