We’ve seen gay girl veteran Mischa Barton grow up from being the awkward 3rd wheel of a pair of school girl lovers in Lost in Delirious to becoming part of the adorable adolescent duo with Evan Rachel Wood in Once and Again, to bicurious Marissa on the OC. It's well known that the TV starlet is no stranger to lesbian storylines. So is it any wonder that in a recent interview, she confesses that she’d rather be kissing girls? Of the whole process, Barton spilled,
"It's so much easier to kiss a girl. You're so much more relaxed filming than you are doing a guy and girl scene. You can relax and have a laugh about it, whereas if it's a man you have to kiss, the whole thing's a bit tense.”
Is anyone else hoping that Barton reads a little more into those signs of being “more relaxed?” So what’s up next for the former OC girl? Well, in addition to moving on up out of Orange County, she’ll be starring in the new show about models, The Beautiful Life. The Brit-born actress is also appearing in a film about the short-lived faux lesbian girl Russian band t.A.T.u, which is set to be release later this year.

In other news, Desperate Housewives' Wisteria Lane is getting a new housewife when it returns next season. How desperate will she be? Though she may have to fill Edie Brit’s dead shoes now that Nicolette Sheridan is no longer stirring up trouble around the neighborhood, Drea de Matteo won’t have a problem doing that.
The long time Sopranos star will bring some Italiana flavor, which will be nothing knew for De Matteo. But could shake up the waters for the rest of the ladies, especially for a certain senorita -- Eva Longoria's Gabrielle. Though they’re currently working on casting for a matching husband and son, maybe the writers will finally open my fan mail that’s begging for a lesbian family to complete the neighborhood.
Last night, WeHo and Miami collided for the new season of Gimme Sugar. Big Dyke Lady Charlene has moved to Miami to bring Truck Stop across the country. Though the ladies are new, and the scene is different, some of last season’s favorites are still around, like trouble maker Devonee who made an unexpected trip to visit Charlene to stir up some trouble with the new posse. Apparently trying to put bacon on a cake is insulting to vegetarians. Who knew?{C}
On this week’s episode, Hilary, Charlene’s new roommate is having a birthday extravaganza that includes a fun day of camping. How very lesbian right? Though Charlene’s working on fitting in with this new tight-knit crowd, she has other things on her mind, like building a whole new Truck Stop from scratch. She’s already bumped heads with one of the club promoters. Will there be room in Miami for some WeHo flavor?
That means new venue, new night, and more importantly, new dancers. But will WeHo’s formula for putting on a good ladies' night be what Miami needs?

From Miami, to New York, the adorable couple of Vivian and Aster are still going through the long distance motions on the webseries Anyone But Me. Though much of the season has revolved around the girls finding their way to one another, when we last left them, it looks like they were about to call it quits. However, young love knows no bounds when Vivian cuts a class trip to the city short to make an impromptu visit to the Mrs. Meanwhile, Aster was busy checking out the scenery at the park. The girls eventually made up, and Aster fessed to “flirting,” (if only they knew the offenses get older with age), and to end the episode Vivian kisses Aster goodbye in front of her journalism class. Oops?
Now I know I informed you all about an online contest put on by Anyone But Me a couple weeks ago. And though I was never one for contests, I thought I’d at least give it a try and see how well my undie-indentifying abilities were. As luck would have it, the pair featured on the ABM episode happens to be a pair I’m familiar with because my girlfriend wears nothing but them.
For curiosity’s purposes, I thought I’d enter, and try my luck. The Sapphic Gods seem to have been on my side as I was one of 5 random winners of the contest.
And that’s how my girlfriend got me free underwear. She of course, insists on keeping the winning the pair since it was all thanks to her that I won. So she gets a new pair of panties, and what do I win? Well, a girlfriend with a new pair of panties of course.
