The 24-year-old confirmed her relationship on TikTok with cosplayer Nate Weir. After she casually appeared in one of his videos, one commenter asked, "wait... are you dating DREAMER?!?!"
Weir responded with a TikTok confirming, "yes I am." Maines commented, "The power of the multiverse!" Someone commented on that post, "If this isn't real I'm going to be slightly heartbroken," to which Weir responded, "Me too."

It's unclear how long the two have been dating, but Weir referred to Maines, "A peak in my life," on a New Year's Eve post. "Thanks [for] ending 2021 with me." They both have commented "I love you" on each other's posts as well.
