After dropping her epic music video for "Rain On Me" with Ariana Grande last week, a BLACKPINK collab just yesterday, and unveiling her sixth studio album Chomatica today, Lady Gaga isn't giving us a second to breathe! It feels like the whole world is dancing along with the pop songstress.
During a Texas storm, Houstonian Andres Castro saw his opportunity to try his hand at his own video for the tears-on-the-dancefloor anthem. But as he dances along to "Rain On Me," the storm had something else in mind.
Right as the chorus chimes in with "I'd rather be dry but at least I'm alive," a tree comes crashing down around him. Luckily, Castro saw it coming and cleared his patio just in the nick of time. “I said Rain on Me not drop a tree on me,” he captioned the video.
The video has gone viral on TikTok and Twitter and has been viewed over 2 million times.
Luckily, Castro was fine and his property didn't seem to be damaged. He shared before and after pics of the cleanup on Twitter.
He also assured people who thought the video was staged that it was indeed real. "Not planned. Was frightening af haha," he clarified for skeptics.
The jokes quickly rolled in:
