The upcoming film Bride Hard may be about a straight wedding, but the red carpet premiere was one of the gayest events of the year!
Star Anna Camp took the opportunity to go red carpet official with her stylist girlfriend Jade Whipkey, after coming out as queer last month in a casual TikTok video.
The lovebirds looked adorable together, with Camp wearing a mint-green and white patterned dress, while Whipkey sported a light gray suit, a white T-shirt, and sneakers.
But the 42-year-old Pitch Perfect actress and her younger girlfriend (Whipkey graduated from high school in 2019), wasn’t the only one to show off her queer relationship on the red carpet. Fellow Bride Hard star Sherry Cola brought her girlfriend Marisela Zumbado to the premiere too.
The red carpet was also graced by Rebel Wilson, who came out as gay in 2022, and has since married wife Ramona Agruma.

"Thankyou @rebelwilson for being my bride or die and to my girlfriend @jadewhipkey for being my date and for making me glow,” Camp captioned a slideshow on Instagram with photos from the evening.

Camp and Whipkey were all smiles at the premiere, showing off their newly publicized relationship that has everyone swooning.

Camp came out in May when she participated in a TikTok posted on the mr.big.usa account went viral. In the video, Camp (while standing with Whipkey) was asked what she expects from a man on a first date, and she responded, "Well, I don't expect anything — not anymore, because I like women, and it's great."

Zumbado is also an actress, and the two starred together on Good Trouble. The couple appeared on the red carpet together at the Oscars in 2023, where they looked as stunning as they did in the Bride Hard premiere, where Zumbado wore a ruffled yellow dress and Cola rocked a cropped white button-down and tie over the top of a black lace corset and black suit pants.

Cola credits her role as a lesbian in Good Trouble for allowing her to come out of the closet and live her life authentically as a bisexual woman. “There were so many people in my DMs feeling touched by this character,” she told GLAAD. “I was like, let me come out to my mom. Let me have this conversation that’s been so overdue.”

In Bride Hard, Camp plays bride-to-be Betsy, whose wedding is upended by Wilson’s character Sam, a secret agent on a mission who works with Nadine (played by Cola). The film also features Cola's girlfriend's sister, Gigi Zumbado.
