In the video, her three options are: "I've never smoked a cigarette; I'm pregnant; and this song comes out on Spotify on Friday." The video ends before she reveals which one is the lie.

Some fans thought the pregnancy rumors were just a joke, but Siwa's mom left a comment on her video saying, "Grandma Jess reporting for duty," and fans are taking this as confirmation that she may be pregnant.

Siwa fell for Hughes while competing with him on Celebrity Big Brother UK. The singer quickly formed a close bond with Hughes after he defended her against a homophobic interaction with another contestant. Once the show was done airing, Siwa and Hughes announced their relationship, and Siwa publicly stated in an interview with The Daily Mail that she no longer identifies as a lesbian, but rather queer.
