There’s a reason he played Big Daddy on ‘AHS’!
Matthew William Bishop landed a breakout role on American Horror Story: NYC as the character of Big Daddy. Though he played a masked, murderous villain in the series, viewers felt compelled to look up the actor behind that mysterious character.
Unlike his AHS character, Bishop is a sun-kissed, camera-ready bodybuilder who loves to smile and advocate for LGBTQ+ rights. He is best known for his career as a bodybuilder, but has worked as an actor on TV shows like American Horror Story: NYC (as Big Daddy) and Some Kind of Wonderful (as Gabe). Bishop has also made an appearance as a bartender on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
Following his big break on AHS, we wouldn’t be surprised if we see even more of Bishop on television in the near future!
