Adult star Ty Roderick is currently in the hospital after being "stabbed from behind multiple times" and suffering from a collapsed lung as a result.
According to a GoFundMe set up by his mother, Roderick "is now in the hospital receiving critical medical care" after "a brutal attack." Thankfully, according to a new post on his X page, he's mending fairy well.
In his latest statement, Roderick says, "After my X-rays, the doctors said I’m healing so well they’re trying to avoid surgery. Thank you for all the prayers and support."
The fundraiser describes the incident as a “sudden, violent attack” that has that was "heartbreaking" and "terrifying" for Roderick's family as they try and raise money to help cover his medical bills.
If donations aren't possible, Roderick's mother is asking for "prayers, love, and support as my son continues to fight through this unimaginable ordeal."
The adult model shared images of his graphic injuries on his X account to clarify that he wasn't just seeking attention online. He even said he was stabbed "twice in the face and I have a tube in my lung keeping it inflated."
As of now, the the circumstances of the attack haven't been detailed and a suspect hasn't been identified. The GoFundMe campaign has raised nearly $3,000 of the $6,000 goal.
