Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell are ending their marriage, a representative for the couple tells Us Weekly.
“Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell have decided to separate,” the rep said. “They both love and respect one another and will of course remain committed to co-parenting their son. This is a mutual decision and the two remain close friends.”
Wood and Bell have been married since 2012, having met eight years earlier on the set of Green Day’s music video “Wake Me Up When September Ends.” Wood gave birth to their son last year.
The bisexual Wood, whose credits include Mildred Pierce, True Blood, The Wrestler, and The Ides of March,has been cast to play Ellen Page’s sister in the upcoming dystopian film Into the Forest, based on Jean Hegland’s novel of the same name. Patricia Rozema is set to direct.
