Sandra Bullock is talking to lawyers and may be seeking a divorce, according to TMZ.
Jesse James is also allegedly looking for an attorney to make sure he at least has his oven mitts after the settlement if his wife decides to take action.
It sounds like Sandy is going to do the right thing as rumors circulate that she is interviewing divorce lawyers after finding out her hubby was in bed with the tattooed home wrecker Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, who also had alleged lesbian trysts.
Bullock's reps have hit up all the big divorce lawyers including Lance Spiegel who appears to be the top choice thus far. He has handled divorces for Michael Jackson, Charlie Sheen and Heather Locklear.
Last week Bullock and James split when McGee claimed she had an 11-month affair with the motorcycle Nazi while Bullock was off shooting her Oscar-winning film The Blind Side. Bullock went into hiding, cancelled her appearances to promote her film around the world and now is possibly seeking an end to the marriage.
As for whether a divorce petition will be filed, one source simply told TMZ, "Something's happening."
