The Game of Thrones star is finally speaking up in her messy divorce with the singer.

Sophie Turner is burnin' up with anger.

The actress has sued her soon-to-be ex-husband Joe Jonas for the immediate return of their children to England.

Jonas currently has his two younger daughters as he travels on the road with the Jonas Brothers.

Turner's complaint calls for "the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained," with Turner's legal team saying the "wrongful retention" began on September 20.

In other surprising news, Turner found out about her divorce with Jonas the same day as the public — through the media.

New documents allege that their breakup happened "very suddenly" after a fight on August 15. Jonas filed for divorce on September 5 and Turner learned about their split through the public days later.

In the lawsuit, documents claim that Jonas "has possession of the children’s passports [and] refuses to return the passports to the mother and refuses to send the children home to England with the mother."

Jonas' attorney fired back and allegedly replied to Turner's legal team on September 19 that Jonas would not be returning the passports and would not provide consent for his daughters to move, according to the documents.
