Sam Smith Covered This Madonna Song In Only Bejeweled Briefs & Pasties
Looks like the Gloria tour is quite the show!
Sam Smith has only been on tour for a few days, and they're already pissing off conservatives.
The "Dancing With A Stranger" singer is currently touring their latest album, Gloria, which features the no. 1 hit single "Unholy" featuring Kim Petras. The track in and of itself has spared conservative outrage, and Smith is only leaning into it.
The out, nonbinary artist has called the show "my gay cabaret" online and wears controversial outfits that are easily getting folks riled up.

The Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter opened their Gloria tour with "Stay With Me" and some of their more buttoned-up tracks before launching into the last act, aptly titled "ACT III: Sex". According to PinkNews, Smith performs "Unholy" in a "bejeweled corset, thigh-high boots, devil horns, and matching trident."

Considering Smith and Petras' recent Grammy performance – which was deemed satanic – it's easy (and predictable) to see why some folks are up in arms.

Smith also performed Madonna's 1994 single "Human Nature" while wearing nothing but stoned briefs, boots, and pasties.

Madonna praised the moment on her Instagram story. “Love you Sam”, the living legend wrote.
Fans are raving over the show. "My partner was there last night," one fan wrote. "She came out speechless. It was that good."
Smith's relationship status is unknown. Most recently, Smith has been spotted with celebrity designer Christian Cowan but nothing has been confirmed.
Smith rose to international fame with a feature on Disclosure's "Latch". They followed up the song with "Stay With Me" and solidified their status as a pop star.
