Here are five easy ways you can relax today, even if you can’t actually take the day off.

1. Start your day with peppermint tea

Ditch the caffeine and surrender to the (nearly) magical relaxation benefits of natural herbs. Your buzzing mind and wild heart rate will thank you.

2. Treat yo’ self

Parks and Rec said it best! There's no better day than today to reward yourself with that little something you’ve been craving. Ice cream, take out, that T-shirt you’ve been saving in your cart online for weeks now. No regrets!

3. Take a break

No matter what your plans for today are, allow yourself to change scenery and relieve yourself of the typical stuff. The daily grind can be draining. Close your eyes, take a breath, and allow for that release.

4. Begin and end your day with some stretching
