Popstar Troye Sivan is all set to star in a new coming-of-age film.
Three Months is set in Florida in the year 2011. The multitalented musician and actor plays a teen named Caleb who realizes he might've been exposed to HIV.
"Caleb Kahn gets a text from a hot one-night stand that he never thought he’d hear from again - he has just tested positive for HIV," Sivan teased the film on Instagram. "Caleb remembers; the condom broke. How long until Caleb finds out if he has it too? 3 Months."
According to People who also has exclusive first look photos, Sivan's character "finds love while he waits three months to test for the virus."
The film will feature two new songs written by Sivan and also stars Viveik Kalra, Brianne Tju, Ellen Burstyn, Judy Greer, Javier Munoz, Louis Gossett, Jr. and Amy Landecker.
Three Months premieres on February 23 via Paramount+.
