Directed by Mary Lambert herself and Jon Jon Augustavo, "Body Love" is dark and intense dissection of the effects of society's negative expectations on body image and the fight for self-love that is personal, affecting, and ultimately deeply inspirational. Parts of it may get so personal it could be hard to sit through, but the passion, pain, and warmth Mary Lamberts carries as a performer guides the listener/viewer to the very satisfying conclusion.
