It's Been a Big, Exciting Day for the BeyHive

Here's a round-up of all the Beyoncé news that happened today, just in case you live under a huge rock.

So it's been a whirlwind day to be a Beyoncé stan, and just in case you need an explainer on all of the exciting AF stuff that's going on in Mrs. Knowles-Carter's world, we've got you covered!

Beyoncé's documentary, Homecoming, finally dropped on Netflix.

After cryptically teasing the project earlier this month, Netflix finally released Homecoming, Beyoncé's in-depth, behind-the-scenes documentary film following the "Formation" singer as she prepares to become the first Black woman to headline the infamous Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival

She also surprised us with a live album of the songs she performed during her iconic Coachella setlist. (And blessed us with a new track!)

In addition to the behind-the-scenes doc, Beyoncé also dropped a live album of all the tracks she performed during her history-making 2018 Coachella headlining set. And as if that wasn't a good enough treat, we also got blessed with a cover of Maze's "Before I Let Go."

Lemonade is finally going to be available on every music-streaming platform! (Tidal who?)

Three years after its initial release, B's Grammy-winning masterpiece of an album is going to be available on mainstream streaming platforms like Spotify (FINALLY!!!) so that non-Tidal users can listen to the album anytime, anywhere on-the-go. Variety reportsLemonade will be available to stream on April 23, the third-year anniversary of when the visual album originally premiered on HBO.

And last but definitely NOT least, a new studio album—tentatively titled B7—was hinted at.

After a link for a mysterious Beyoncé project, simply listed as B7, appeared on the lyric website Genius earlier today, fans everywhere started to get excited at the possibility that the Queen Bey would release a brand-new studio album soon after releasing her documentary. Unfortunately, according to Variety, this is all just speculation, and if you click on Genius' link now, you'll get redirected to their tracklist of Homecoming...

But who knows! With all the blessing Beysus has bestowed upon us today, it's totally within the realm of possibilities that she could be releasing new material soon! And that, in and of itself, is so exciting to think about!

Happy Beyoncé Day everyone!!
