Paws up little monsters! Lady Gaga is all set to return to the MTV VMA stage for the first time since 2013!

Yup, Mother Monster just confirmed her performance on Instagram. She'll join other announced performers BTS, Doja Cat, J Balvin, The Weeknd, Roddy Ricch, Maluma, Keke Palmer, and CNCO on the VMAs stage. According to the MTV press release, Gaga will "bring her chart-topping album, Chromatica, to life...for the world premiere televised performance of her latest release."

What does that mean? Should we expect just a song or an otherworldly compilation? Will Ariana Grande make an appearance? So many questions...

But one thing we know for sure, Gaga knows how to put on a show!

Lady Gaga has nine MTV VMA nominations this year including Artist of the Year, Best Quarantine Performance for "Smile" from the One World: Together At Home event, and Video of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Collaboration, Best Pop, Best Cinematography, Best Visual Effects, Best Choreography for "Rain On Me" featuring Ariana Grande.

The 2020 MTV VMAs air Sunday, August 30 at 8pm ET/PT. Watch the promotional trailer below!
