Grey's Anatomy has had a revolving door of docs this season and now, two original cast members are scrubbing out for the last time. Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight will checking out of Seattle Grace, Us Weekly is reporting.

Knight, who came out as gay in 2006 following a tabloid frenzy when then co-star Isaiah Washington used gay epithets, is ready to move on, James Pickens Jr., who plays Dr. Richard Webber on the show, told Us.

"He just wanted to pursue other career paths," Pickens said.

Meanwhile, Us is also reporting that a source told the mag that Knight "Complains to Katherine all the time. The energy on set will be much better when he's gone."

Regarding Heigl's and Knight's departures, their reps had no comment, and ABC and ABC Studios did not confirm, Us reported.

Earlier this year, actress Brooke Smith, whose character Erica Hahn was engaged in a lesbian relationship with Sara Ramirez's Callie Torres, was abruptly fired from the hit show.
