Mariska Hargitay returned to work today after being hospitalized for a second spout due to complications following her surgery for a partially collapsed lung.
Costar Christopher Meloni was thrilled to be rejoined by his fictitious partner and might mark the occasion with a gift.
“Maybe I’ll buy her a rose or something from one of the corner delis, something special like that,” he said.
Meloni assured fans “she’s doing great” and they kept in touch, “pretty regularly” during her absence via “e E-mail, text, or call.”
