11 LGBT Trump Voters Comment on Trump's First 100 Days
It’s fairly obvious that President Trump is a figure of polarizing opinions. While most of the LGBT community firmly opposes him, some stand by Trump. In an effort not to get caught in a news bubble, we’ve asked 11 members of the LGBT community* who voted for Trump for their thoughts on the president's first 100 days in office. For consistency, all participants were asked and answered the following question:
What's your overall opinion on Trump's first 100 days in office, and specifically, what are your thoughts on his actions—and/or inaction—surrounding the LGBT community?
*When reaching out to respondents for this piece, we tried to get a varied sample of different people within the LGBT community. However, most of our participants are gay men.
