America fell in love with Danielle Fishel as we watched her grow up on ABC's long-running primetime family sitcom Boy Meets World, where she played Topanga Lawrence. And now that she's all grown up, the actress is speaking out about her character's namesake (spoiler: it's an homage to Topanga Canyon in Los Angeles), the spinoff she's set to star in as Mrs. Topanga Lawrence-Matthews called Girl Meets World, and what it was like to be part of ABC's epic Friday night lineup, TGIF. Fishel goes on record and takes off a few layers for the latest issue of Maxim.

I don't know about the rest of you, but watching Topanga each week was definitely among the first stirrings of lady-loving feelings I experienced. But for Fishel, her first girl-crush was on another '90s television hottie.

"Did you ever meet the kids from Saved By the Bell and throw down with Kelly Kapowski for the title of Hottest ’90s Girl?" asks Maxim in its cover-story interview with Fishel, now 31.

"No, I don’t think I ever met Tiffani Thiessen!" Fishel replies. "But I can tell you Kelly Kapowski was my first-ever girl crush. I remember watching her and thinking, 'Nobody in the world could possibly be as beautiful as she is.' She’s still stunning."

Sure, but judging by Fishel's killer curves and come-hither bedroom eyes, I'd beg to differ. Read more, here!
