October 20 is Spirit Day, a day where people are encouraged to wear purple and take a stand against anti-LGBT bullying.

To raise awareness for this important day, the Curran Theatre in San Francisco has partnered with GLAAD and students from Oakland School for the Arts (OSA) to make an inspiring music video featuring the song "Ring of Keys" from the Tony-award winning musical Fun Home.

Sarah Kate Ellis, GLAAD President and CEO said:

“Fun Home's powerful story has moved audiences around the world and embodies what Spirit Day is all about – acceptance. With this strong message of support for LGBTQ youth, the Curran and these brilliant young students are helping to create a world where everyone can live the life they love.”
