Laura Prepon appeared on The Arsenio Hall Show on Monday night to talk about her popular portrayal of Alex on the Netflix hit Orange is the New Black.  Charming and candid, the 33-year-old actress spilled about the first scene she filmed for the series, a shower scene with co-star Taylor Schilling.  Having only met briefly during auditions, Prepon said the day felt like, “Hi, good to see you again.  Let’s get naked!”  Luckily, she said the two had naturally good chemistry, a fact that certainly translates on screen.

Rumors circulated after the show’s pilot season that Prepon would only return for the second season to close out her character’s storyline.  She recently affirmed that Alex will be coming back, although was not specific about her schedule.  She told Arsenio, however, that she feels flattered by her lesbian fanbase.   “Making out with a girl on camera – they’re beautiful and soft, and I get why you guys are into it!”  Laughing she added, “They’re just beautiful, you know?”  Yep, we know.
