America is in the process of making great strides towards marriage equality, but the fight is far from over. Freedom to Marry recently released this personal, touching video featuring a lesbian couple whose marriage isn't recognized in their home state of Alabama. Narrated by their seven-year-old daughter Nailah, Jessica and Chi share not only their experience finding a church to marry them out of state, but the importance of their marriage being recognized, supported, and celebrated in their home state as well.
