“Attention youth of the world, I want you to be true to yourself," Ellen replied.

An antigay pastor who recently railed against Ellen DeGeneres, Anderson Cooper and shows like Glee and Modern Family for having a “gay agenda” got an earful from Ellen during her opening monologue for her show on Wednesday. Of course, Ellen being who she Ellen, infused her rejoinder with plenty of humor.

“Ellen DeGeneres celebrates her lesbianism and ‘marriage’ in between appearances of guests like Taylor Swift to attract young girls,” Pastor Larry Tomczak wrote for the Christian Post last week.

Well, Ellen decided to break down Larry’s skewed vision of the world suggesting that her marriage requires no quotes as he had written it. She went on to say that she wouldn’t have the first idea about how to “celebrate her lesbianism,” before popping off some streamers.

Following a series of jokes Ellen got serious for a moment and addressed the Pastor saying, “Larry, the only way I’m trying to influence people is to be more kind and compassionate with one another. That is the message that I’m sending out. I don’t have an agenda.”

Then she broke out an old-fashioned creepy hypnotic wheel and said,

“Attention youth of the world, I want you to be true to yourself.”

Pastor Larry has already picked up Ellen’s monologue and gleefully posted it on his website.  He's also vowed to pen an open letter to her in response. It looks like Ellen really kicked the hornet's nest now.
