Yeah, yeah, yeah we know national coming out day isn’t until October, however with the recent news of marriage equality, we decided to honor those that made the brave decision to come out this year – and come out in a very public way.

YouTube has recently become an outlet for fans, vloggers, musicians, and just normal everyday people to broadcast their coming out stories and share with them with the world. These seven videos shared their story and surely inspired a whole generation with their own uniquely inspiring coming-out videos.

The Rhodes Twins: These guys had arguably the most viral coming out of the year – however, the real star of this video has to be their dad!

Joey Graceffa: Joey not only gave us an incredibly heart-felt coming out vlog – but made his fandom go absolutely bonkers by releasing a music video where he kisses a guy directly beforehand.

Dylan Rubic: The struggle to come out is only made worse when a community and its church preaches hate, but Dylan’s story, thankfully, ends beautifully.

Ingrid Nilsen: :40 seconds into this video you will be in a fetal position on the floor balling while still cheering for Ingrid with all your heart. She’s a queen.

Steven Boyle: This well-spoken young man inspires and relates to every gay boy out there about the fear of being alone and his mad crush on Leonardo DiCaprio.

Andrew Christian (and his hot models): Honest, brave and beautiful boys telling their coming out stories, need I say more?

Richard Mesich: It’s hard enough to battle a disability on a daily basis let alone your sexuality but Richard did both – now we celebrate them both.
