35 bisexual pop anthems we have on constant repeatYouTube.com/Binoy
Bisexuality has always had a soundtrack. From subtle nods hidden in early pop lyrics to today’s unapologetic anthems that blast out of every club speaker, these songs don’t just slap -- they’ve become rallying cries, visibility boosters, and sometimes messy, glitter-covered love letters to the fluidity of attraction.
We’ve pulled together 35 tracks that capture the highs, lows, and pure joy of being bi. Whether you’re belting them at karaoke or screaming them on the dance floor, these are the anthems that keep the bi energy alive and loud.
"Bobby Sox" - Green Day
In "Bobby Sox," Green Day singer Billie Joe Armstrong intentionally wanted this to be a "queer singalong," and the whole song oscillates between the question of "Do you want to be my girlfriend?" and "Do you want to be my boyfriend?" The song is also a shout-out to Armstrong's own bisexuality.
"Nancy Boy" - Placebo
Placebo frontman Brian Molko identifies as bisexual, and the song "Nancy Boy" explores themes of bisexuality, drugs, sex, and gender identity. The song reclaims "Nancy Boy" as a homophobic insult and satirizes it instead.
"Do Not Disturb" - Halestorm
In "Do Not Disturb," Halestorm singer Lzzy Hale sings to a man about joining her in her hotel room, stating, "And if I were you, I'd bring your girlfriend, too. Two is better than one, three is better than two." The rest of the song depicts what the three of them would do all night with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the hotel room door.
"Boys And Girls Together" - The Mamas & The Papas
In "Boys And Girls Together" by The Mamas & The Papas, the lyrics "Heads or tails/ Choose one or the other/Be my friend or be my lover/Like two sides of a coin/They are forever joined" depict bisexual love by addressing themes of loneliness and attraction.
"BoysBoysBoys" - Pinoy feat. Madison Rose
In Madison Rose's verse on Binoy's "BoysBoysBoys" track, she sings about how the boys in the club have her "acting like a stud" and also sings how much more fun it is to swing both ways.
"Girls Kissing Girls" - Ahli
Nonbinary artist Ahli dropped this bi/pan electro pop banger we can't get out of our heads. The song is a celebration of gender and sexual freedom.
"Lacy" - Olivia Rodrigo
When Olivia Rodrigo dropped "Lacy" from her sophomore album Guts fans were shook and delighted. Sometimes queer lyrics are subtle, alluding to same-sex romance in metaphor, but Ms. Rodrigo is not holding back about the sweetest torture Lacy is putting her through.
"Sick To My Stomach" - Rebecca Black
Rebecca Black who came out as queer in 2020 dropped this dreamy track on her debut album Let Her Burn about Sapphic heartbreak and we are feeling it, feeling it so hard.
"MONOPOLY" - Ariana Grande, Victoria Monét
You might not think of Ariana Grande as a bisexual icon, but in her song with co-writer Victoria Monét, both women individually sing, "I like women and men," then bop along like nothing happened. Grande never addressed it again, but all the bisexuals know, and we see you Ari!
"No Type" - Rae Sremmurd
Rae Srummond are presumably straight and surely didn't forsee this when they were in the studio, but this anthem is as pansexual as it gets. "I ain't got no type/Bad bitches is the only thing that I like." Truer words have never been spoken.
"Sweater Weather" - The Neighborhood
A mid-pandemic TikTok trend gave new (bisexual) energy to this decade old song. A surprising amount of queer women (presumably ex-Tumblr girls) used the track to come out as bisexual on the app, and a new anthem was born. All these years later, it still bangs.
Bisexual Anthem - Domo Wilson
The title says it all! "Better not forget the B in LGBT!" PERIOD!
"Boyfriend" - Dove Cameron
Dove Cameron's "Boyfriend" was an original smash hit, but as the singer told The Hollywood Reporter she had plenty of doubt and fear when she dropped the deeply personal song. “To me and to the people closest to me, my sexuality is not a revelation. I’ve even spoken about it in the public eye many times, but there’s a difference between that and then writing a song as explicit in the expression of your sexuality as this song,” she said “I definitely was very like, ‘This is going to crash and burn in 100 ways.’” Thankfully she was wrong, and the song become a beloved bisexual banger.
"Strangers" - Halsey & Lauren Jaurequi
When two bisexual artists, like Halsey and Lauren Jaurequi collab, brace for fierceness. Speaking with radio host Zach Sang, Halsey (who uses she/they pronouns) said in 2017 "I just love that Lauren and I are two women who have a mainstream pop presence doing a love song for the LGBTQ community. It's unheard of. It's very rare to see it from a female perspective."
"Curious" - Hayley Kiyoko
Out artist Hyley Kiyoko broke down the meaning of Curious in an interview with GQ: "[It's about] that feeling of learning self-respect and knowing when to walk away from a game and being like, "Okay, I'm just curious: Is this serious?" Everyone has been in that situation where someone's playing games, and it's like, "Where are your feelings at?" In the dating game, the world is difficult, because people don't communicate, or they communicate but then their actions speak louder than words.
"Girls & Boys" - Blur
An instant bisexual anthem, "Girls & Boys," according to The Life of Blur by Martin Power, was actually inspired by nightclubs in Essex and the rampant sexuality on display there. "All these blokes and all these girls meeting at the watering hole and then ... copulating. There's no morality involved, I'm not saying it should or shouldn't happen."
"CRZY" - Kehlani
Kehlani, really snapped when she gave us this ode to brushing off the haters and doing our own thing. She also gave us the iconic line, "If I gotta be a bitch, I'ma be a bad one." A life mantra!
'Girls/Girls/Boys' - Panic! At The Disco
Love is not a choice! Brendon Urie came out as pansexual in 2018 but the Panic! At The Disco frontman hasn't ever exactly shied away from talking about sexuality. The D'Angelo-inspired music video for 'Girls/Girls/Boys' tells the story of a girl trying to hide her girlfriend and states plainly, "Girls love girls and boys."
"I believe that you can’t control who you are. It’s something that I’ve experienced myself, that girls do love girls and boys," he said of the song in 2013. "A lot of times people want to label something just to make themselves feel comfortable. They wanna call this person gay or this person straight. I have had a similar experience with homosexuality, with bisexuality... It’s important to know who you are, to be able to be proud of that, and have the courage behind your convictions."
"Make Me Feel" - Janelle Monáe
Don't make Janelle Monáe spell it out for you. The notoriously private musician came out as a "free ass motherfucker" earlier this year and refuses to be limited to a label. Sexuality is simply how a person makes you feel, regardless of gender. 'Make Me Feel' makes that plain, complete with alluring bisexual lighting and a dance break where Monáe flits between dancing with a man and woman.
"Rebel Rebel" - David Bowie
"You've got your mother in a whirl/She's not sure if you're a boy or a girl." Bowie sings of his own fluid gender and sexuality and finds power in being whoever he wants to be.
"Bitches" - Tove Lo
Females do it better! When a married couple seeks oral sex lessons in the music video, Tove Lo demonstrates so well that the student leaves her husband and stays with the women.
"Preach" - Keiynan Lonsdale
The song is clearly about falling madly in love with someone, but with lyrics like, "You show me colors I would never have seen/You're changing what I believe but, this is so true," we can't help but wonder if this is about the first boy the sexually fluid singer-songwriter fell for.
"Bad At Love" - Halsey
Halsey flips through all the guys and girls she's dated in an attempt to understand why she hasn't yet found love. Queen of bisexual relatability!
"Cool for the Summer" - Demi Lovato
She's got a taste for the cherry and she wants to take a bite. Lovato is more than a little curious about the feminine mystique.
"Be Yourself" - Taylor Bennett
"I'm an outstanding Afro-American bisexual havin' shit." Chance the Rapper's younger brother, Taylor, just asks you plainly to be whoever the hell you want to be.
"Take Me On the Floor" - The Veronicas
Nothing wrong with a one night stand, and The Veronicas don't care about the gender of their temporary lover.
"Don't Stop Me Now" - Queen
Freddie Mercury, the bisexual frontman of Queen, simply wants to have a good time. Don't stop the man!
"Poker Face" - Lady Gaga
Gaga puts on her poker face when she’s having sex with a man but secretly wishes she was having sex with a woman. Did anyone else have no idea that that's what this song was about?
"Girls" - Rita Ora, Bebe Rexha, Charli XCX, Cardi B
This controversial track was originally called out for gay-baiting and fetishizing queer women. It received so much backlash that it even prompted Riat Ora and Cardi B to open up about their real-life experiences with women. But the chorus of the song still rings true, sometimes you do just want to kiss girls.
"Everyone Is Gay" - A Great Big World
A Great Big World might be known for their melancholy ballad with Christina Aguilera, but this uplifting track is a fist-pumping celebration of the wide spectrum of sexualities. "We're all somewhere in the middle/We're all just looking for love."
"The Greatest: - Sia
Dedicated to the LGBT community in the wake of the Pulse shooting, Sia begs us to not give up and follow our dreams. Also, bisexuals are the greatest!
"Forrest Gump" - Frank Ocean
"You're so buff and so strong." Ocean's open affection for a man in this breezy homage to the 1994 film makes me want to find love asap, or at least join a track team.
"She's Not Him" - Miley Cyrus
Bisexual people can have love triangles too! While Cyrus loves the girl she's with, she still hasn't gotten over her ex, who's a man.
"Pretty Boys and Pretty Girls" - Book of Love
"When I'm without pretty boys/I dream about pretty girls."
"If U Seek Amy" - Britney Spears
Britney Jean brushes off the haters in this fake-out track. You might love her. You might hate her. But all of the boys and all of the girls begging to F-U-C-K. Forever a bisexual mood!
Our expert offers tips and tricks for how to heal an anal fissure when you're a busy bottom.

You’ve probably heard someone mention anal fissures at some point in your life...
Shutterstock
...and if you’re a bottom, you may very well have already had them.
So what exactly are they? Anal fissures are small tears in the thin, moist tissue (mucosa) that lines your anus. Most (straight) people get them from very large bowel movements. But if you’re a bottom, you’re at a higher risk for them, especially if your partner is a power driller who uses his large tool tactlessly.
“While anal fissures are often associated with anal sex, they’re not exclusive to gay men,” Dr. Evan Goldstein, the leading anal health expert in the United States, tells PRIDE. “In fact, a large portion of the general population will experience either a fissure or hemorrhoid at some point in their lives. That said, among my gay male patients, fissures are one of the most common issues I treat—often tied to the mechanics and frequency of bottoming.”
Anal fissures can be incredibly painful. They can cause bleeding after you poop (and after sex). They will also randomly itch throughout the day. It’s an awkward bodily sensation to have something inside you that’s both itchy and painful. It can hurt to sneeze, laugh, walk, sit, and poop if they get really irritated.
So, here are 12 things you need to know about getting, preventing, and healing anal fissures, according to Dr. Goldstein, who has spent his entire career providing care to the gay community, and last year wrote Butt Seriously: The Definitive Guide to Anal Health, Pleasure, and Everything In Between.
1. Keep your bowel movements loose
Constipation is an anal fissure's worst enemy. The pushing and pressure from constipation can cause tears in your mucosa and rip the tears you already have further open. Make sure to stay hydrated and eat tons of fiber to avoid constipation. If that’s not enough, try over-the-counter laxatives and stool softeners.
“Over-the-counter options, like stool softeners (e.g., Colace, taken 3x/day), fiber supplements (like Metamucil), and Calmol-4 suppositories (2x/day, available at most local pharmacies) can be incredibly helpful, as well as plenty of water to supplement,” Dr. Goldstein recommends. “These form a solid foundation for at-home care, especially for individuals without immediate access to specialized treatment.”
2. Eat more olive oil
Shutterstock
As with staying hydrated and eating more fiber to help keep your bowel movements loose, consider adding more olive oil to your daily intake, as well. This is a natural laxative to help you pass your stool. Additionally, mixing in a little honey and beeswax, then heating up the mixture and letting it cool, can also be used as a topical.
According to Dr. Goldstein, eating a high fiber diet full of grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and seeds, plus plenty of water, “supports consistent, soft bowel movements and overall gut health” and “ adding healthy fats, like olive oil, can also help lubricate the digestive tract.”
3. Don’t hold in your poops
When you hold in a bowel movement, it will eventually come out, and when it does, it comes out more intensely, packing an even stronger punch. This can agitate the tissue and cause additional tears.
“While the healing process takes time and every bowel movement can feel like a setback, avoiding them can make things worse. Don’t hold it in; just be patient. Use stool softeners or fiber supplements regularly,” he explains.
Dr. Goldstein, who is the CEO of Bespoke Surgical and co-founder of Future Method (the first scientific, holistic, and educational brand devoted to supporting safe, healthy, and judgment-free pleasure), recommends taking two fiber capsules at night and two synbiotics every morning to help keep things moving and prevent future fissures once you’ve healed.
“It’s important to stay well-hydrated, avoid prolonged sitting on the toilet, and never strain if the urge isn’t there,” he says.
4. Make friends with aloe vera
Shutterstock
Aloe vera is a natural ingredient that helps cool and soothe the affected areas. If you can’t find an aloe plant on your own, buy some organic gel from the store and repeat every three to four hours as needed.
However, Dr. Goldstein warns that aloe should only be used immediately after a fissure occurs, before switching to other treatments that will work better in the long term. “Aloe can definitely be part of the initial care routine, but realistically, after the first 3 to 5 days of using creams or oils, the goal is to keep the area as dry as possible,” he says. “If you’re reaching for aloe, you might be better off using creams specifically designed for anal fissures instead.”
5. Use more lube during sex than you thought possible
Douse yourself in lube. Bathe in it. Dunk his whole penis in a vat of it. Lube makes his penis more slippery, which helps prevent fissures (or allows them to heal). When you have dry sex, your anus will be irritated even more.
“It’s not just about lubrication; it’s also about understanding your own anal anatomy,” Dr. Goldstein explains. “How are your muscles functioning? What’s the condition of your skin? Many people incorporate anal dilation – using dilators or cones – to help relax the muscles, improve function, and strengthen the overlying skin. Since fissures result from pressure, the goal is to reduce that pressure with plenty of lube and by training the area to better tolerate stress.”
6. Soak in a hot bath

As if you need another excuse to lounge about in the bath, doing so will also help you with your anal fissures. Soaking in warm water for 10 to 20 minutes a day helps relax the sphincter, thus promoting healing.
“Soaking in a warm bath, especially with Epsom salts, can help relax the anal sphincter, soothe inflammation, and promote blood flow to support healing,” he says.
7. Cool it with the bottoming for a little bit
Alas, you may have to stop bottoming for a bit until the tissue has time to heal. Even if you’re doing everything right, the constant pressure and friction from being penetrated, even when heavily lubed, will prevent the fissures from healing properly. If you do have sex, be gentle. Nice and easy.
Dr. Goldstein cautions that it’s important to spend a week using creams and suppositories to start the healing process, followed by a second week of no sex. “It’s a process, but if you go slow and do it right, the area can heal properly and reduce the risk of it happening again. Skip that step, and you risk developing scar tissue that might eventually require surgery to get you back in action,” he explains.
8. Give Botox a try, it's for more than just wrinkles

While you may think butt plugs would be a go-to treatment for loosening yourself back up while healing a fissure, but Dr. Goldstein says they can actually do more harm than good.
“Butt plugs actually put more and more pressure right at the neck of the ass where the thin part to the toy is. So, it actually does nothing to work the muscle and skin to decrease pressure. It can also increase swelling that causes hemorrhoids and fissures when pulling the fucking thing out.”
Botox, on the other hand, can be a game-changer. “It works by temporarily relaxing the anal muscles to reduce pressure and allow healing,” he says. “It typically lasts three to four months. Most patients benefit from two to three in-office rounds, paired with at-home dilation and pelvic floor therapy to reinforce the reset.”
9. Preparation H
Jenari/Shutterstock
The #1 doctor-recommended, over-the-counter medication for treating fissures (and hemorrhoids). Preparation H makes a number of products for all your anal needs. They make ointments, maximum pain relief creams, cooling gels, suppositories, medicated wipes, and anti-itch creams. (Important note: this is only a temporary fix, and please don't apply it on open wounds!
“You can absolutely grab this if you are experiencing mild symptoms or just need something in a pinch. It can work to help heal and soothe,” Dr. Goldstein says.
10. AnuSol Cream
Shutterstock Creative
Another over-the-counter medication, AnuSol Cream is an additional tool you should have in your toolbox to help treat anal fissures. Some men have better luck with it than they do with Preparation H. Again, this is only a temporary fix, and don't apply it on open wounds!
“Apply a pea-sized amount at night, in the morning, and after bowel movements as directed by your provider. This, plus Calmol-4 suppositories or similar, can really help,” Dr. Goldstein recommends. “I like dipping the suppository into the cream before putting it up your ass before bed and/or after bowel movements. This can really help more so with going to the bathroom. That’s the key – soft stools, less pressure and straining, and lubrication so you don’t tear. All this together helps the fissure to heal.”
11. Rectiv Rectal
Rectiv Rectal is a medication you can only get prescribed from your doctor. It’s an ointment, very similar in texture to Neosporin. You insert a dab into your anus every 12 hours. It helps to heal the ripped tissue with its magical, medical powers.
“I find many get headaches from it since it works not just locally in the ass,” Dr. Goldstein warns, but says, “it's covered by insurance, so many people try that first and see if it can be tolerated. It helps relax the muscles. I also use a lot of Valium suppositories to also relax the region, which allows for healing and then bottoming.”
12. If all else fails…surgery
Shutterstock Creative
If you’ve tried everything on this list and are still suffering, it may be time to look into more serious forms of intervention. “When a fissure has progressed to scarring or excess tissue, Botox alone won’t cut it,” Dr. Goldstein says. “Many people come to me after failed treatments elsewhere. In those cases, we often need to surgically remove the scar tissue to rebuild the area with healthy, pliable skin. Then we reintroduce dilation and physical therapy to maintain long-term success.”
With her fourth studio album Dreamsicle dropping this Friday, Maren Morris is entering a new era marked by freedom, vulnerability, and the kind of self-expression that doesn’t ask permission.
In a new interview with The Zoe Report, the Grammy-winning singer opened up about how embracing that part of herself has helped her feel more connected than ever.

“I’ve always known that I am attracted to men and women,” Morris said. But after 15 years of being in heterosexual relationships and navigating a career rooted in Nashville, she never felt “brave enough” to talk about it publicly—until now. “That was just a facet of me that I didn’t think I wanted private anymore,” she added. “I wanted to be able to connect with my fans and my queer community.”
That connection has been more than personal—it's been life-saving. Following her 2023 divorce and departure from mainstream country music, Morris said she found comfort and strength through queer community and creative collaborators like MUNA, with whom she co-wrote the sultry, synth-forward track “Push Me Over.” The song, which features the cheeky lyric “sittin’ on the fence feels good between my legs,” is already ruffling feathers—and she knows it.

Whitten Sabbatini for TZR
Still, Morris isn’t backing down. “Especially in a time where you’re in this free-for-all post-divorce reckoning,” she says, “being honest and being vulnerable is the only way that you find community.”
Morris has long been known as a dedicated activist and ally, so much so that GLAAD honored her with the Excellence in Media Award back in 2023. She ultimately departed country music the same year, saying the genre was “burning itself down” without her help and that the biases shown during Trump’s first presidency showed people’s true colors.
“It just revealed who people really were and that they were proud to be misogynistic and racist and homophobic and transphobic,” she told the Los Angeles Times at the time.
Then, in June 2024, Morris came out in a since-deleted Instagram post (everything on her page prior to March 21, 2025, has also been deleted, so this is not an anomaly or backtrack.) At the time, she posted a photo of her holding Pride flags during her RSVP Redux Tour stop in Phoenix, Arizona, captioned, “happy to be the B in the LGBTQ+” and wishing everyone a “happy pride.”
As Dreamsicle promises to usher in a new, more liberated version of Morris, one thing is clear: she’s no longer interested in fitting any mold.
LGBTQ+ history is often erased from our textbooks, andLGBTQ+ artis often censored. It feels like every day, new book bans are announced, but for those paying attention, this is nothing new for queer folks. Our story is one of perseverance, joy in the face of tragedy, and strength. We have been through it all and come out it while also, well, coming out.
Our stories are rich and the art we make is iconic. So, is it really any surprise that there are museums and archives around the world dedicated to those stories, histories, and creative expressions? While these foundations and groups are doing their part to collect and preserve these records and artworks, for them to truly stay alive, we need to bear witness and experience them!
So, consider visiting these incredible LGBTQ+ museums and archives from around the world that are combating erasure and celebrating queerness by preserving our rich history for future generations.
