In an upcoming episode of What Would You Do, scheduled to air on Wednesday night, a hidden camera will catch the reactions of other customers to a waiter harassing a gay couple dining with their children, ABC News is reporting.
What would you do? Picture it, you're grabbing a bite to eat with friends and you overhear a waiter asking two women some pretty personal questions. Are you sisters, are your husband's joining you, are these children your kids?
And then it happens, the waiter replies pretty loudly, Oh, you're lesbians. Would you interrupt and stick up for the parents, would you ask to speak to the manager, or would you sit there and do nothing.
Of course the people portraying the couple, the waiter and the children are all hired actors, in on the set up. But the patrons are not, and it's pretty interesting to see how the situation plays out.
