Gina Gershon, Renee Zellweger and Heart Headline 'An Evening with Women' with Surprise Guest Pink!
An Evening with Women is an annual event that raises much-needed funds for the women-specific services of the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center. This year, Gina Gershon hosted the show with other entertainment including a special performance by Heart and Linda Perry, Pink, Renee Zellweger, Sarah Silverman and Kat von D and dinner by ce-lesbian chef Jamie Lauren.
An Evening with Women, an annual event that raises much-needed funds for the women-specific services of the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center. This year's event, held for the second year in the posh International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, was steeped in rock 'n' roll chic and included a hosted reception, dinner, star-studded show and auction of unique, exclusive and exotic items.Â
L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center programs and services supported by An Evening with Women include women's health and medical, legal assistance, domestic violence prevention & education, cultural programs, self-enrichment courses, social events and discussion groups.
This year, Gina Gershon hosted the show with other entertainment including a special performance by Heart and Linda Perry, Pink -- who just showed up and wowed the crowd -- Renee Zellweger and a very irreverent Sarah Silverman. Our personal fave 'top chef' Jamie Lauren designed the menu.
