Lindsay Lohan spent the day in court before Judge Marsha Revel, who’s charge it was to decide if Lindsay was out of compliance with terms of her probation when Lindsay's SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet went off on the night of the MTV Movie Awards a few weeks ago.  Revel has ordered Lindsay to spend 90 days in jail for three different counts.

Prosecutor Danette Meyers was out for blood, asking that Lindsay serve 30 days of jail time for violating her probation. She also asserted that the alcohol education program Lindsay is supposed to attend regularly, was covering for her. Meyers also asked that Lindsay surrender herself immediately following sentencing but the judge gave her until July 20th at 8:30 a.m. to surrender.

Following arguments Lindsay made an impassioned plea, breaking down several times,  asking for some leniency because she has to work, but once Revel began reading the litany of violations and arrests Lindsay has compiled over the years, the writing was on the wall.

Revel ordered her to serve 30 days for 30 days for violating parole, 30 for her first DUI, and 30 days for second DUI case.

The judge also ordered that Lindsay spend 90 days in a rehab facility once her jail time has been served.

Steve Whitmore, spokesman for the L.A. County Sheriffs Dept. addressed reporters following the trial to say that female inmates that have non-violent misdemeanors, in general, will do about 25 percent of their time. He added that Lindsay would be kept away from the general population because of her notoriety and for her safety.

Whitmore said she would serve her time at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, Ca.
