Lady Gaga is one of the world’s most powerful female entertainers, so it was a logical choice on Vogue’s part to put her on the cover of their March “Power Issue.” And our lovely Lady looks pretty in a pink bobbed wig that she works like a woman in charge throughout the entire editorial.
