On Wednesday, a typical night over at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert turned into something great when none other than presidential candidate Donald Trump called in to the show.

It happened during a segment that started with Colbert perfectly echoing our thoughts, saying "I don't know of you're aware of this, but Donald Trump. Yeah. Yeah, still." He continued by hilariously describing Trump's campaign as being one in which Trump is "running on the platform of opening his mouth and saying things."

Colbert, being from South Carolina, then put out the invitation for Trump (who is currently campaigning in South Carolina) to call in to the show and discuss the issue of Trump's history of foul language.

Behold, just as it was surely scripted, not a minute later came the ring on a neon orange phone with a terrible tupee on it.

What followed was five minutes of Colbert speaking to Trump, and reacting perfectly whever Trump said something far-fetched (such as when he suggested that the bad words he uses are only "minor" words).

The six-minute video is definitely worth a view, if only to see Stephen Colbert's wonderfully candid reactions to the words that come out of what he deemed "The Trump Hole."
