'RuPaul's Drag Race' Season 15 Grand Finale Power Rankings
The time has come for a new queen to be crowned!
For season 15, Mama Ru announced the largest cast in RuPaul’s Drag Race herstory with 16 queens: Amethyst, Anetra, Aura Mayari, Irene Dubois, Jax, Loosey LaDuca, Luxx Noir London, Malaysia Babydoll Foxx, Marcia Marcia Marcia, Mistress Isabelle Brooks, Princess Poppy, Robin Fierce, Salina EsTitties, Sasha Colby, Spice, and Sugar.
Last week, all 16 queens got together for the reunion special of Drag Race season 15. Unlike previous years, though, this was mostly a celebration of this incredible season and served as a very important reminder that drag is currently under attack by conservative forces. Through it all, Mama Ru and her queendom of drag performers are ready to fight back and express themselves.
At this point in the competition, season 15 has narrowed down to a top four between Anetra, Luxx Noir London, Mistress Isabelle Brooks, and Sasha Colby. Even though we have yet to see what will transpire at the finale, we’re ready to break down the power rankings of which queens have the highest chance of winning Drag Race and becoming America’s Next Drag Superstar.
Scroll through to see our power ranking – and make sure to watch the RuPaul’s Drag Race season 15 finale this Friday, April 14 on MTV.
4. Mistress Isabelle Brooks
We’ve absolutely fallen in love with Mistress Isabelle Brooks all season long. However, when it comes to the statistics in the competition and the fan response on social media, Brooks is unfortunately at a disadvantage going into the grand finale. For one, Brooks’ track record consists of one maxi challenge win (the fewest wins within the top four) and one bottom placement. On Instagram, the official #TeamMistress post has 82,000 likes as of this writing.
3. Luxx Noir London
Luxx Noir London has the fewest likes on the official #TeamLuxx post on the Drag Race Instagram page: 70,000 as of this writing. In turn, London has a better track record than Brooks in the competition, with two maxi challenge wins and one bottom placement. This certainly puts London in a slight advantage in regard to Brooks when it comes to this finale.
2. Anetra
Many viewers have absolutely fallen in love with Anetra throughout season 15 and are calling for her to win Drag Race. That’s entirely possible, with Anetra having won three maxi challenges over the course of the season and delivering several incredible lip syncs on the show. In fact, Anetra only fell in the bottom two twice, and came out of those lip syncs as if she had just won yet another maxi challenge. On Instagram, the official Drag Race post for #TeamAnetra has the most engagement – sitting at 214,000 likes as of this writing.
1. Sasha Colby
With 179,000 likes on the #TeamSasha Instagram post, there’s also a lot of fan-favoritism for Sasha Colby to win Drag Race season 15. But even more impressive – and the reason why she sits at no. 1 in our power ranking – is Colby’s track record in the competition. The Hawaiian queen reached the grand finale with a whopping four maxi challenge wins and a total of zero times in the bottom two. Despite never landing in the bottom, Colby also demonstrated on the show that her lip sync chops are top-tier. If we had to bet, this Miss Continental winner is about to add another crown to her shelf.
