Happy 6th wedding anniversary to Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi. The couple became the most high-profile celebrity couple to wed during the four-month period between the time the California Supreme Court ruled in favor of marriage equality and when voters passed Proposition 8, the measure that made marriage equality illegal in the state. Today marks six years since the momentous occasion when Ellen and Portia said, "I do." Prop 8 and DOMA have been overturned and Ellen and Portia are going strong.
