Thanks so much for your many years of trailblazing Joan. You dared to be funny when women weren't meant to be in the ring making comedy at all. She inspired generations of women in comedy that came thereafter. At 81, was still making us laugh. 

Below is what would turn out to be Joan's final Red Carpet coverage of the 2014 Primetime Emmys. Thanks for making us laugh one last time.
