The Sundance Film Festival is well underway and along the incredible list of queer films premiering exciting queer events are popping up all over Park City, too.
Case in point, for the second year in a row Real Housewives of Salt Lake Citystar Meredith Marks hosted a special event for GLAAD at her boutique on main street to celebrate the organization's work in uplifting queer people and art and pushing for LGBTQ+ acceptance.
Of course, the gays and girlies turned out for the big night! The evening guests included Alex Blue Davis (Grey’s Anatomy), Alok Vaid-Menon, Carl Radke (Summer House), costume designer Cobbie Yates, Chris Colfer (Glee), artist Darkwah Kyei-Darkwah, Dylan Mulvaney, Joel Kim Booster (Fire Island, Chrissy & Dave Dine Out) and more. Plus GLAAD Vice President of Communications & Talent Anthony Allen Ramos, GLAAD Director, Media & Representation Alex Schmider, GLAAD’s Director, Communities of Color and Media DaShawn Usher, GLAAD Associate Director, Communities of Color Julian J. Walker were also in attendance.
It's a pairing that makes perfect sense as Marks has long been an out and proud ally and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and GLAAD.
Keep scrolling for a peek at the evening’s festivities!
