In Tomboy fashion news today, designer Charlotte Ronson is making waves again, this time with a tomboy inspired sunglasses line for Vogue Eyewear.
Charlotte, the sister of the lesbian DJ Samantha Ronson, takes traditional male frames and adds feminine details to them, like cat-eyes, floral print, as well as adds slight embellishments to the frames.
Samantha Ronson can often be seen DJ-ing at Charlotte's fashion week events. The first video gives you a peak of the new eyewear and the second video lets you inside the launch party during Paris Fashion Week.
She tells the Sydney Morning Herald, “My girl for the season was a Parisienne girl in New York, who was a little bit bookworm and with a tomboy edge.”
These glasses aren't quite tomboy enough for me, but très chic nonetheless.
