According to The Hill, sites affiliated with the Traditional Values Coalition, California Election Forum, and Christian Voter Guide are accessible through the Defense Department computers in Iraq. Meanwhile, Courage Campaign has sent Defense Secretary Robert Gates a letter demanding their site be available to all prospective voters stationed overseas.

Courage Campaign's site includes a voter's guide on the different ballot measures that Californians will decide on in Tuesday's election. With a 700,000-member base, the organization attempted to disseminate information on how to vote, but was tipped off by a California voter stationed in Iraq.

The Courage Campaign has been deeply involved in efforts to expand gay rights, specifically marriage equality, in California.
