This is something to manifest!
Zedd needs no introduction, as the EDM legend has created so many iconic anthems throughout the years including "Stay the Night," "The Middle," "Clarity," "Happy Now," and so many more.
Although he's a certified hitmaker, there's one particular song the gays have been blasting for over ten years. Zedd's collaboration with Ariana Grande on "Break Free" is still being blasted in gay bars all around the world.
While attending the 67th Grammy Awards, the musician even agreed that "Break Free" has become a staple in his discography that he loves performing live.
"'Break Free' became the one! 'Break Free' kept getting bigger and it ended up being this anthem. Now, it's one of the biggest moments of every single show I play ten years later. It makes me feel old," Zedd tells PRIDE.
With "Break Free" becoming an instant classic, many fans have wondered if Zedd and Grande would ever team up again on another song. Thankfully, Zedd is actively trying to make another collaboration happen!
"I would love to. In a heartbeat. I would lie if I didn't send nearly every song that I make to Ariana first. She's one of my favorite singers on this planet. I got to perform with her once and I couldn't focus on my own job because of how good she was."
Grande may be quite busy at the moment, but hopefully this dream will become a reality soon! Fans can keep up with Zedd by following him on Instagram. To see the full interview from the Grammy Awards red carpet, check out the video at the top of the page.
