On December 12, 2012, at exactly 12:12 pm, lesbian couple Sor and Breea Dansereau welcomed their first son into the world at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital in Banning, Calif.

Sor Dansearau gave birth to Damion Angelo Dansereau, a healthy boy weighing 6 pounds, 7 ounces, and measuring 21 inches long, according to the Banning-Beaumont Patch.

"Everything has to do with the number 12," Breea told the Patch. "We were very excited. Brenda [Heckenlaible, RN] was the best nurse ever, and was just amazing. She was very reassuring — it was a really great experience."

Congratulations to the Dansereaus, including the newest addition to the family, who has a truly unique birthdate! According to the hospital, only one other baby was born on December 12.
