Oscar Isaac & Timothée Chalamet: The Daddy/Twink Team This World Needs

The two are set to star in a reboot of Dune and oh my freaking god yes, please!!

According to a report by Variety, Golden Globe winner (and the internet's boyfriend) Oscar Isaac is in talks to join the cast of Legendary's Dune—alongside America's favorite twink and Call Me by Your Name star Timothée Chalamet

(Please excuse us while we lose our shit.)

Isaac and Chalamet (has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?) would play father/son duo Duke Leto and Paul Atreides in the latest live-action adaptation of author Frank Herbert's groundbreaking 1965 science-fiction novel of the same

The project already has names like Rebecca Ferguson, Stellan Skarsgard, and Charlotte Rampling attached to it, and is set to be directed by Blade Runner 2049's Denis Villeneuve.

Although he was completely robbed of a nomination at this year's Academy Awards, we'd say that the opportunity to call Oscar Isaac daddy (even if it's just in a film role) is a much better prize for Timothée!
