This Mashup of 'Toxic' and 'Look What You Made Me Do' Is Actually Kinda Good

Whether you like her or not, Taylor Swift is seemingly breaking every single goddamn record for her new song and music video, “Look What You Made Me Do.”

The song isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. I was literally in my doctor’s office yesterday morning and there was an ad for college football where they dramatically blasted Taylor’s new single in the background. The day the song was released, I was at one of my favorite mediocre (straight) dive bars in Brooklyn, and they were playing it. LWYMMD is going to be everywhere, and there’s nothing you or anyone can do to stop it.

Since, in my humble opinion, the song is kinda boring, I suggest that we instead adopt this much better mashup of the song.

The mashup artist, Andy Wu Musicland, brought together Britney’s iconic track “Toxic” with Taylor’s “Look What You Made Me Do.” He even released a mashed up music video of the two songs, which work really well together too.

Since we’re not going to be able to escape Taylor’s newest single for a while, can we at least make the push to throw in some Britney in there? It’ll make it that much more palatable...
