And this isn't the rapper's first anti-gay offence...

Eminem dropped his surprise album Kamikaze last Friday that no one asked for and is already under fire for homophobic lyrics.

On the track "Fall," Eminem comes for Tyler, The Creator, who has publically discussed his same-sex attractions and has used the F-word in several of his songs.

"Tyler create nothing, I see why you called yourself a faggot," raps Eminem. "Bitch, it’s not just ’cause you lack attention, it’s ’cause you worship D12’s balls, you’re sacrilegious."

The internet was swift to latch on to the lyrics and call out Eminem for his homophobia, especially since this isn't his first offence. On his 2000 album The Marshall Mathers LP on the track "Criminal," Eminem raps, "My words are like a dagger with a jagged edge/That’ll stab you in the head, whether you’re a fag or lez. Or the homosex, hermaph or a trans-a-vest/Pants or dress? Hate fags? The answer’s yes."

Bon Iver frontman Justin Vernon, who actually produced "Fall," the song under fire, responded to a fan who congratulated him for the song.

"Not a fan of the message, it’s tired. Asked them to change the track, wouldn’t do it," tweeted Vernon. "Eminem is one of the best rappers of all time, there is no doubt. I have and will respect that. Tho, this is not the time to criticize Youth, it’s the time to listen. To act. It is certainly not the time for slurs."

Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds, who has been especially outspoken for the LGBT community lately, also chimed in, and pointed out the inappropriate use of the word, especially when you consider the gay 9-year-old who committed suicide just last week.

"It’s never ok to say a word that is filled with hate," Reynolds tweeted. "There is never an ok time to say the word fa**ot I don’t care who you are."

" LGBTQ kids are TAKING THEIR LIVES after being bullied with homophobic slurs. it’s not “sensitive” to take a stand against a word that has been used to spread hate for years."

Eminem has not yet responded to the controversy.
